1. Make Your Workspace Work for You
If you’re at a desk all day, set up your space to support good posture. Your screen should be at eye level, your shoulders relaxed, and your feet flat on the floor. A chair with good back support can make a huge difference.

2. Watch the Phone Tilt
We’ve all been guilty of the dreaded “tech neck.” Try holding your phone up closer to eye level instead of bending your head forward. Your neck will thank you.

3. Strengthen That Core
You don’t need to spend hours at the gym, but a stronger core = better posture. Planks, bridges, or even some basic yoga moves can help support your spine and keep you standing straighter.

4. Move More Often
